MY STORY

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, passionate about helping people transform long-standing, painful patterns to find peace and freedom.
I work with adolescents and adults on issues related to developmental trauma,
anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.
I knew from a young age I wanted to become a therapist because I have always been fascinated by humans and how we are able to endure experiences we think we will never make it through. We each have a unique story.
I feel grateful to have the privilege everyday to bear witness to these stories and to walk alongside others on their paths of healing.
